– There was a time when the Black Widow (Yelena Belova) was the leader of the Thunderbolts. The Thunderbolts were used by Norman Osborn to kill Deadpool along with the rest of the Thunderbolts. A message is sent through the sky by Wade. Despite this, Wade and Yelene fell in love with each other during the course of the event.
In spite of a kiss, however, the romance never blossomed as it should have. Having said that, Yelena secretly stitched Wade’s head back on his decapitated body and the healing factor did the rest, so some feelings were there when the Thunderbolts believed Wade was dead.
Later on, in a story unrelated to Deadpool, it was revealed that Wade had feelings for the Black Widow, who in fact was Natasha Romanova disguised, the original Black Widow who worked for Nick Fury. It turns out that most of the T-Bolts shared the same feelings, and in order to save her and Songbird, Headsman, Ghost, and Paladin all turned against the other T-Bolts.
While saving the other Spider-Man/Miles Morales from Captain America, Black Widow was tragically killed by a Hydra influenced Captain America, punching her neck with his shard shield while she sacrificed her life for the safety of him and the other Spider-Man/Miles Morales.
As a matter of fact, it is important to point out that Ryan Reynolds, the actor who played Deadpool in the Marvel Movie Universe, and Scarlett Johansson, the actress who played Black Widow in the Marvel Movie Universe, were married in real life from 2007 to 2011.
